"I THOUGHT IT would be fun to create some original artwork that folks can use and so I am introducing some pieces that are pretty, yet practical," Judi says.

These business card cases are one of a kind sculptures, embellished with freshwater pearls or gemstones or Swarovski crystals or a combination of all three. Each case is signed by Judi.

"The clay used, Aves Apoxie Sculpt, is solid as a rock. The cases can be tossed in a handbag without fear of breakage or chipping. "I have been toting mine around for over a month without any problems.

"In the world of business (so very far removed from Twigshire, I must say!), it's important to get a bit of an edge. Why not gain an advantage by having something that is lovely, elegant, fun and completely different from anyone else! They make great client "Thank You" gifts, too. Or for your friends or family. And don't forget yourself!"

AFTER A VERY nice response to my sculpted business card cases, Judi decided to add mirrored compacts.

"These are also one of a kind, sculpted with the Aves Apoxie and set with various combinations of petals, leaves, gem stones and pearls. Each piece is signed by me," Judi says.

"They are all very sturdy and easy to tote in a handbag without worry of breakage or chipping," she assures.

So you can re-apply your lipstick or pluck a stray eyebrow hair (or whatever) whilst also owning an original one of a kind sculpture.

About Judi's Sculptures

JUDI'S WEEGURINES™ ARE sculpted over a wire armature using polymer based clay, thoroughly cured, then hand painted with acrylic paints. "All are one of a kind and 'speak' themselves into existence with me," she explains, "often correcting my work, demanding special clothing or boots and often stating their names while still in process."

Say Hello to Tuck. Tuck is currently the only caterer we have in Twigshire. He does a small but brisk business and is currently on his way over to the Maypole to deliver some snacks to Dame Dumphries and Poffle.

His home grown Grandest Grapes are delicious as is his mushroom and whipped cream cake. (It's really, really good).

Tuck is thinking of selling his business and moving outside the Shire. If anyone is interested in starting up a catering business, a vineyard or just would like their own in-house chef and party planner, Tuck's your bloke. Due to a recent increase in pre-spring Shire parties, Tuck is out a lot, so please just leave a message with Poom and he will make sure Tuck gets back to you.
